You can check your current plan, next month's plan, upcoming points, charges, and the renewal date all from your My Page.

Q.What happens when I upgrade my plan?

Once completed, you'll immediately switch to the new plan for free! The points and rates for the new plan will apply starting from your next renewal date.

Q.What happens if I downgrade my plan?

ANS

You'll stay on your current plan until the next renewal date. The downgrade, along with the new point rate, will take effect after that date. Don't worry, your current points won't decrease even if you downgrade!

Q.How many times can I change my plan?

You can change your plan once every 33 days.

There's a link to your past transaction history at the very bottom of your My Page. It will take you to an external site (UnivaPay), where you can enter your email address to receive a secure link to your history from UnivaPay.

Q.Can you issue receipts?

Yes! There's a link to your past transaction history at the bottom of your My Page. After moving to the external site (UnivaPay) and entering your email, UnivaPay will send you a link to your payment history where you can download your receipt.

Q.Can I change my registered credit card?

ANS

There's a link to the card update page at the bottom of your My Page. You'll be redirected to an external site (UnivaPay). Enter your email address there, and UnivaPay will send you a link to the card update page where you can register your new card.

Q.What happens if my registered credit card expires?

ANS

If your card is expired, it cannot be used, and your plan will be automatically canceled. Please make sure to register a new card in advance!

Q.Can I get a refund if I purchased something by mistake?

We are so sorry 😥 Due to the nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds or exchange points for cash once the payment is completed.
