These Terms aim to define the conditions of use for the AI fortune-telling and related services provided by Fortune Creator.
The reading results and various contents provided by the Service are created using proprietary logic and AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies, and do not guarantee or determine future events. We do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of the reading results. Please enjoy the results and make your own decisions and actions at your own discretion and responsibility. Furthermore, please be advised that the Service shall not be held liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by temporary service disruptions due to regular maintenance, unexpected system failure, or force majeure.
There are two ways to purchase points: single-purchase via the payment service UnivaPay, and monthly subscription paid plans (Mercury, Venus, Jupiter). Even if subscription cancellation procedures are performed, no refunds or cancellations based on prorated calculations during the contract period will be made under any circumstances. The expiration date for granted or purchased points is set to 180 days from the date of issuance, and they cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Regarding plan changes or cancellations, immediate reflection or reservation processing will be carried out in accordance with the rules stipulated in the Q&A. The number of points consumed may be revised due to changes in service content or other factors.
Unauthorized use of the Service, malicious reproduction or modification of AI-generated results, and any behavior that causes inconvenience to other users are strictly prohibited. Additionally, the Service does not accept consultations regarding the following topics, and we reserve the right to interrupt or decline service even during a reading: 1. Professional judgments regarding life/death, medical diagnoses, pregnancy, or fertility (consulting a medical institution or specialist is strongly recommended). 2. Predictions on gambling, investments, or exam results. 3. Content related to crimes, curses, revenge, or anything violating public order and morals. 4. Searches for lost items, missing persons, or anything requiring clairvoyance.
Your consultation details and payment information are strictly managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We utilize state-of-the-art security measures, such as RLS technology, to do our utmost to prevent your reading details from being leaked.
