Why I Built This App

Hello to everyone, whether it's our first time meeting or you're coming back again—I'm Aries Yoko!
Thank you so much for visiting my fortune-telling app, FORTUNE CREATOR, today.

I've loved fortune-telling ever since I was a child, and throughout my life, it has saved me more times than I can count.
It gave me the extra push I needed to make countless decisions, and I lost track of how many times it helped me gain confidence in myself.

My passion for fortune-telling grew so deep that eventually, I started practicing it myself.
However, fortune-telling requires learning a vast amount of knowledge as well as sharpening intuition, so daily practice is essential. Because it's a world without single right answers, I sometimes struggle with how to interpret the cards, making me realize that learning never truly ends.

To make a long story short, my original motivation for creating this fortune-telling app was simply to support my own study of divinations.

• Draw a tarot card in the app and try reading it myself first
• Compare my interpretation with the result provided by the AI

Practicing this way allowed me to discover new perspectives I wouldn't have thought of on my own and double-check my insights, making it a perfect tool for my daily study as a reader.

Furthermore, keeping a log of my daily readings allowed the app to function like a diary. Looking over my past reading history on My Page and realizing, "Ah, I was worrying about that kind of thing back then," gives me a genuine sense of personal growth, which makes me really happy.

In other words, it all started with a goal to build a practical app that I could enjoy using myself for study and tracking my readings.

However, as development progressed, my inner fortune-telling geek took over... Before I knew it, I was adding feature after feature: Astrology, Numerology, I Ching, and Dream Interpretation. To be honest, I wanted to add even more, but I decided to release the app today. (If I hadn't, I would have kept adding divinations forever and never launched it!)

I poured a tremendous amount of time and passion into compressing all my dedication into this app, and today it has finally taken shape.

Some people might feel hesitant about AI-powered fortune-telling.
However, I believe AI reading serves as a wonderful first step toward experiencing the charm of fortune-telling.
Alongside my desire to support those facing worries, I also poured my heart into sparking creativity and drawing out talent for manga artists, novelists, and illustrators.

Of course, face-to-face readings offer an irreplaceable human value that nothing else can replicate. If this app helps you discover the joy of divinations, I hope you'll also experience an in-person reading with a professional reader. Being heard and supported by a real person is truly a wonderful experience.

As for the app, I plan to keep adding more fun features in the future.
While it started out as something I built just for myself, I now hope this app can help as many people as possible feel the fun and depth of fortune-telling.
